Green Dot UCF Bystander Intervention programming offers a range of trainings and informational sessions to meet the needs of all students, faculty, and staff on campus.
Length: 30-60 minutes
Description: A basic presentation of each of the techniques of the Green Dot program and its history, perfect for students, faculty, and staff who have never attended a training.
Length: Students 6 hours, Faculty/Staff 2 hours
Description: Green Dot Bystander Intervention training provides in-depth instruction in each of the three intervention techniques, as well as providing a history of the program and the research backing it, and a look into the levels of responsibility of bystanders in simulated situations.
Booster Sessions AKA Green Dot 2.0:
Length: 2 hours
Description: Booster sessions are for students, faculty, and staff that have already completed the Green Dot Bystander Intervention training and are looking for a refresher course and an opportunity to practice their skills in simulated situations.
